The thing that takes away from 2016 and 2015 for me is that for every very good-great match there was a lot of "meh" in between. I read the list you put and I go

but then I remember how forgettable have been the shows, how hard is to watch RAW, how little SD has mattered (and how few standout matches it has had) and how most PPVs look dope on paper but end up being "just ok" with 1 match worth a watch.
I'm not sure throwing out lists is worth it because you might see what I'm about to post and say "but that wasn't as good as X match was this year" and that's not really my point. What made 2013 so great was that for every very good-great match there were 1 or two other really entertaining matches that made shows flow better. You also had Main Event still mattering and having some really entertaining matches weekly. But just for the fun of it, by August 1st, 2013 had these to show:
Del Rio vs Big Show LMS at Smackdown
Cena vs. CM Punk on RAW
The Shield vs. Cena/Ryback/Seamus at Elimination Chamber
Punk vs Taker at Mania
Punk vs Jericho at Payback
Ziggler vs Del Rio at Payback
An awesome MITB match involving new guys (the opener of the PPV)
Cena vs Henry at MITB
Kofi vs Cesaro at Main Event
Sheamus vs Cesaro at Main Event
Bryan vs Sheamus on RAW
Bryan vs. Seth Rollins on RAW
Bryan vs Cesaro (and the Gauntlet) on RAW
The Shield vs HellNo/Kofi at RAW
The Shield vs HellNo/Taker at RAW
The Shield vs HellNo/Orton at SD
Regal vs Kassius Ohno at NXT
Emma vs Paige at NXT
And after that you had Punk/Brock, Cena/DBry, Shield vs Cody & Goldust, Rollins/Cena, DBry/Orton on RAW, Zayn/Cesaro and Regal/Cesaro at NXT and whole bunch of entertaining matches that made weekly shows more fun to watch. PPVs weren't that great, I'll give you that, but the amount of dope matches and combinations WWE had in 2013 is gonna be really hard to match.
