I didn't mean not supporting the unions was terrorism I meant the levels to which whites went to ensure blacks did not get jobs and what not. I'm a firm supporter of unions and nothing will change that, but I'd be glad to read your links.
No problem, we'll just agree to disagree.

The only thing better than a dead southern cac is a starving meth'd up salty one...

"Research has found that this has a serious impact on everyone’s wages, even those not in unionized workplaces. According to a paper from the Economic Policy Institute, wages in right-to-work states were 3.1 percent lower as of 2012 than in those without these laws, even when controlling for a variety of factors."

I need to know what the "variety of factors" are.
Man, this is some straight up bullshyt! Right to work gives you no job security. You can get fired for no reason no questions asked. Nobody wants this but politicians who are taking handouts.

Income Rises When Right-to-Work Laws Are Passed - NYTimes.com
even after correcting for population growth, income per person on average rose somewhat more in the right to work jurisdictions. Capital moves to right-to-work states with a more stable labor environment, and that increases labor demand and, ultimately, income and wages.
Where right-to-work laws exist, union leaders have to work harder to keep members. They have to deliver services that justify union dues, and endeavor more to retain worker loyalty than the places where they have a monopoly as a labor negotiator. Right-to-work is good not only for employers and business owners, but for the general population, including union members

So a few things, the critiques of unions by these individuals is because of racism. The problem is not the unions and what they stood for, at least that's my opinion. Everything that they complained about had to do with the unions excluding blacks, but the economic benefits for the white workers can't be ignored.

There were black unions that fought for our rights as well such as the Pullman porters. They were an important figure in the civil rights movement and helped develop the black middle class.

Yes and unions are still majority white and going to be inline with achieving white means, not black.
The best bet the black man has is to undercut whites get money and then with that money move on to higher skilled positions or position our children to higher skilled positions.

I would also say, i was just answering your question about who has benefited despite unions or in spite of unions in the US, black americans.

didnt paul ryan get rid of the unions in Wisconsin?
Paul Ryan is a Wisconsin congressman but it wasn't him that had anything to do with it, that was the Koch's number one puppet Scott Walker that enacted right to work in Wisconsin.

Last week Trump literally shouted out my union. I saw right through it. This will be the one thing that takes him down. Guarantee it.

Here's a pic from a union rally 2 days a go. 30K construction workers outside of City Hall.

This passes and Washington will have absolute hell to pay.

Breh, I'm not sure where you're from, but I'm from a supposed "union strong" state and it's no lie that these fools cut off their noses to spite their face. The amount of union households that supported and voted for Trump is staggering, a lot of them just won't admit they voted for him. Hell, right after Scott Walker signed Act 10 that broke down the teachers union I told these fools mark my words, he's going to go after all the other unions next, public and private. The Steamfitters, Operating Engineers, and Carpenters unions in Milwaukee all supported Walker during reelection and within a year after he won he fast tracked Right to Work and made it law. Unfortunately this is the chickens coming home to roost.

Yes, and many of those workers travel all the way to Chicago to work because they pay more. Chicago also has a large union presence. Coincidence? :jbhmm:

Paul Ryan is a Wisconsin congressman but it wasn't him that had anything to do with it, that was the Koch's number one puppet Scott Walker that enacted right to work in Wisconsin.

Yes...he's right actually not me. Many people do travel from WI to work in the city though. I feel it's pretty simple. You have all these billionaires lobbying for the eradication of unions because it's for their benefit. Very few are pro union.

:mjlol:

You had to dig for this. I was going to post another article, but even the little synopsis under every article on the first page of a google search refute the one you posted.
