This speaks volumes to the current state of the economic system in this country. The 4th largest city in the richest nation on earth that has a heavy healthcare and energy processing background doesn’t have enough mid to high paying jobs? Is it the jobs that are missing or is it skilled labor that is lacking? Or is it both and we’re seeing the effects of large corporations outsourcing these positions for cheaper labor?

Because everyone is fukking stupid and moved to like 10 places, if my job didn't require me to be in a major US city I would absolutely move to like Kansas or Wyoming or some other unpopulated quiet place.

If you black, those isolated areas are a big NO NO for safety reasons.

Sundown Towns anyone?
