The 4th largest city in the richest nation on earth that has a heavy healthcare and energy processing background doesn’t have enough mid to high paying jobs? Is it the jobs that are missing or is it skilled labor that is lacking? Or is it both and we’re seeing the effects of large corporations outsourcing these positions for cheaper labor?
