nikkas are really talking about a bunch of irrelevant shyt with this storyLook, here's all we need to be concerned about:
- was the officer authorized to chase a suspected thief outside of the store, and attempt to apprehend them?
- was the officer authorized to use his firearm at all in ANY situation, as a security guard there?
- was the particular situation in which he claimed he used it, enough to justify using it?
- did the situation in which he claimed he used the firearm actually HAPPEN (i.e. did the car really try to knock him over, or did the driver just attempt to drive away from him)?
That's all anyone should really care about, because quite honestly, everything else about this situation is on the woman. No she didn't deserve to die for stealing, but her ass should not have even been IN the store to begin with - especially not to steal AGAIN

Even if the cop is lying about exactly what sparked his decision to shoot, the fact is this woman still put herself in a situation for it to potentially happen (not realizing how the situation could possibly turn fatal, depending on her actions during an escape attempt), and that absolutely should not be ignored/downplayed.And for those women to do this shyt while they have kids with them? And people are trying to make the officer look like the only possible bad one through the kids being there.
Yeah, he may be even further in the wrong for his actions if he's lying (also possibly putting kids in harm's way for no good reason).....but who brought the fukkin' kids there in the first place, knowing they were about to steal?If it can be proven with no doubt that the driver of the car really tried to knock him down, then I'm on dudes side whether he was legally covered to use his gun or not. fukk a passenger possibly being shot instead of the driver; fukk kids being in the car; you gotta at least TRY to murk the driver if you have heat on you. Someone tries to use a car to knock you to the ground; you don't know what the fukk they're gonna do after you hit the ground. You gotta look out for YOU first and foremost.
For his sake, there'd better be some witnesses or a videotape to confirm his story; apparently ol' girl wasn't the driver so that ain't a good look if he's put on trial. At the end of the day, the main question is did that vehicle try to knock him over, not whether ol' girl deserved to die for stealing.
Given the women's actions after they were first confronted, it's not out of the realm of possibility that they were willing to knock him down with the car in order to get away; just like how it's not out of the realm of possibility that dude just got mad about them getting away, and got trigger-happy.
And why the fukk is Trayvon Martin being brought up

All this boo-hooing in the thread and no one wonders why she was driven to an apartment and not a hospital. One which was a couple of miles away from the shooting. Did they want to change cars or something? If so, why?

and lets pretend that what the cop is saying is true and he was assaulted...........why would you shoot the PASSENGER? why not shoot the driver.....you know the person who you said tried to run over you?

- Law enforcement officials aren't bound by rules set by Wal-Mart for associates.
- The passenger (Frey) is the one that assaulted him initially which escalated the situation. I don't think he was aiming for her though. He was probably shooting wildly.
- So why put yourself in a situation where a law enforcement official will have justifiable reasoning to use deadly force?
You can't say everything but the shooting is irrelevant. If she obeyed the ban in the first place it would never have happened. Did she deserve to die, no. But, she put herself in that situation and that was the result. She wasn't innocent so I don't feel bad for her. Would it have been okay if a black deputy shot her?

If his gun was already out and drawn, it is reasonable to expect him to discharge it mistakenly if he is being drug by a car. My prediction is that the driver will be the one charged with murder since that's what normally happens in these situations.
if police were consistent with their excessive force it wouldnt really be an issue....but in the words of the sierra mist, cops only behave like this when dealing with "a certain demographic"
