some unarmed woman "allegedly" tried to steal some shyt and sneak it in her purse. who did she pose a threat to? we're not talking about a bank robber, we're not talking about somebody holding up a liquor store, we're talking about stealing candy from walmart

- Law enforcement officials aren't bound by rules set by Wal-Mart for associates.

- The passenger (Frey) is the one that assaulted him initially which escalated the situation. I don't think he was aiming for her though. He was probably shooting wildly.

- So why put yourself in a situation where a law enforcement official will have justifiable reasoning to use deadly force?

You can't say everything but the shooting is irrelevant. If she obeyed the ban in the first place it would never have happened. Did she deserve to die, no. But, she put herself in that situation and that was the result. She wasn't innocent so I don't feel bad for her. Would it have been okay if a black deputy shot her?

Question: if someone is caught speeding and the end result is the driver being mistakenly shot by officers, because the officers thought the driver had a gun. Would u honeslty justify the cop shooting the driver, and say "had the driver not been speeding, the shooting wouldn't have happend" Your type of bullshhyt/backwardslogic is the reason why black folks get killed by cops everyday and get away with it!

what most likely happened is he saw them stealing, he told them to stop, they tried to flee and he shot
