If they do this and stay healthy I think they can prison ball their way to a run if the brackets work out.

This team is so hot and cold. If one was a better coach and could get them to perform to their ceiling more often then not I’d feel optimistic but I’ve ain’t the one . But one glaring weakness they could fix sooner Tyan later would be another floor general. They need it badly. This team is so vulnerable to press defense. They could barely get the ball inbound at the end of the game.

This game shouldn’t have been as difficult as it was given who was on the floor for Memphis. This was another instance of them playing with their food vs an inferior team. Monster games from KD and Sengun though. Also Amen played like a real PG. Those 14 assists are something to take note of.

Good and necessary bounce back after that nasty Spurs game. Sengun stunk it up but Okogie, Capela, and Bari were hooping. Bari is so up and down but him having 5 blocks was nice. The overall standings are getting sketchy, so the Rockets just need to keep winning as much as they can to put distance between folks behind them. You don’t want to go on a slide and be in play-in mode.

This is one of those moments where you wonder if Rockets brain trust is the one before the one that puts you over the top. Like they really thought it was a good idea to go into this season with no shooting.

Like they’re betting a lot on FVV/Adams in his 30s recovering from major injuries
