This team is so funny. They’ll lose to teams who shouldn’t even be competing with them, then they’ll have adversity while beating high level teams. Tari was a nightmare for OKC on both ends of the floor. KD hit clutch shots near the end, and Jabari provided consistency throughout. Good minutes from JDD and Sheppard looked like a stud, just need him to cut down on those turnovers.

The Rockets have overcome a LOT to have the same record at this same point

This is the other side of why what to do this offseason is gonna be really difficult to decide.

From what i understand Houston didn’t have the same bad injury luck last year so to essentially be in the same spot is in a better west is an accomplishment.

At this point last year Tari had missed significant time, Jabari missed a month(which opened the door for Amen to start) and Adams was injured.

So yeah they were battling injury. Plus Reed wasn’t apart of the rotation consistently. Cam was beefing with the staff over his role.

We had more impressive victories at this point last year. People don’t realize the west and east are better this year but we played a lot of teams with their best player. The injury but has hit every team this year, not just Houston

That’s why I’m not down with that “this isn’t our year” stuff from Stone. It’s wide open for anybody.

Does Udoka hate Reed? He basically iced him out in the 4th despite going 5/10 from 3, and you needed a 3 on the last possession. Also at one point, he ran an Okogie, Capela, DFS, Amen, Tate lineup. Thats gross.

Based on recent developments I’d wager he and KD hate the majority of the team

KD is a fukking loser. I will never understand how he can always make every team he joins absolutely mediocre outside the warriors

Doesn't know how to build camaraderie. Doesn’t know how to be a leader.

Bruce Brown said the Nets didn’t really start to have chemistry and feel like a team until harden arrived and then all that dissipated once Harden left.

People forget the Nets were a .500 team that first year with KD and Kyrie, before Harden came along and gave them structure.

He was basically top 5 MVP all season that year and the best player on the team. The way the season ended with the hamstring injury vs the Bucks really shifted the perception of what happened the 4-5 months prior to

KD's the Hulk. You can win a ship if you already have an Iron Man & Captain America on your team. That way, you can just point him in a direction and go "Smash!"(Score). If he has to lead, forget about it.
