Sugar Land? I'm going down sometime soon to check out some spots with a realtor my old classmate put me on. Trying to stay within the loop but if all else fails Mo City or Pearland here I comeI aint from there and this prolly won't be super helpful...but when I wanted to move there we were looking @ suburbs of Houston...It was called like Sugarbush or sugar something...basically any suburb outside of Houston was a go for us...but this was years ago....those houses prolly over half a mil now
