I've heard its common to see an initial denial then an upgrade to approved.
I checked and looks like I'm at the instant denial letter stage.
No. I didn't do anything at all. No appeal or anything. And just all of a sudden they went back and said I was eligible. Same thing happened to a friend of mine as well.
