Being honest right now nobody really knows for sure, because Kenny had so many people that wanted him dead. Dude had multiple bounties on his head, Southlawn nikkas, Braeswood, some Asians.

Cali expensive, dude couldn't afford to leave Houston completely.

Plus he not the type of artist that could leave his hometown and blow outside of it. Most of his fanbase came organically from the Houston streets and people seeing/hearing his story.

But both of them were trying to make a move to Atlanta soon.

And yea it's not a secret who shot Bugatti. Boston George shot him because they tried to press George about some bullshyt.
