The problem is that when the person get's that big, you have to keep feeding them or else they go into shock. Don't get me wrong the family enables them to get to that point but you need a medical professional that can put them on a diet and rehab them until they can move on their own. I only know that because I had a cousin that was about 550, and he couldn't walk but once he got in the hospital they put him on a 5000 calorie diet (weird I know) and he dropped about 60 lbs in a couple months then he could walk and dropped enough to get gastric bypass, since then he goes between 225-250 lbs but he's way healthier.

Being realistic with it, I know you got to keep feeding 'em but in the right way, as with your cousin who got a nutritionist to help him back on the path to being mobile. I'm not the callous type to think that people who grow to such obscene proportions should be starved but I must admit that until each individual's story is told the base reaction I tend to get before I give rational thought to the situation is that these fools just kept eating past the point of pleasure and just over indulged, similar to This Remorseless Motherfukker. Home girl in the picture eating a whole pizza by herself, so one can only continue to assume she ain't trying much if at all.

But I'm glad your cousin got help before becoming a pity case like alot of these morbidly obese poor souls. Props to him.
