How can you be from the hood and root for a "culture vulture" to end Meek Mill's career?

Yall nikkas gay as fukk lol. Meek dont care nothing about yall. If he wanted to (win) he should've been smarter. He's the popular kid who has no street smarts but always try to act hard. Both of them are weak and so are yall. Pac rollin in his grave.

:ohhh:

I dapped the OP but he does have a point @houston911 .. shouldn't all hood nikkas support Lebron, someone who came from the hood in a single parent home, over Kobe?

I dont think everyone from the hood needs to support meek mill. Its perfectly fine to rock with drake.

I just dont understand how someone from the hood wants meek mill to go to jail or end up broke because he exposed the fact that drake has other people writing for him and is a wave rider. But what do you expect from people who assume meek mills mother smoked crack because she was black and poor?

If a kobe fan was hoping that kobe undercut lebron on a layup and lebron tore his acl and broke his back id feel the same way.

You can like both artists' music and still recognize something foul is afoot, all the fukkery aside.

One dude came up from rhyming on the block dvds...the other dude came from a show, and is trying to act like he had a "normal artist come up"....That playing field ain't level and dude still ain't "untouchable"

How is Drake a "culture vulture"? If you're referring to the racial side of that term, that's absolutely the most dumbest thing you can label him. How in tf is he "appropriating" black culture when he's half black himself?:mjlol:

Youd have to ask the rappers who said it.

Cultural appropriation is the adoption or use of elements of one culture by members of a different culture.

culture vulture
Someone who steals traits, language and/or fashion from another ethnic OR social group in order to create their own identity.

If you think someone being "half black" means they cant be a culture vulture then :mjlol: houston has a culture, Ny has a culture, L.A has a culture, Chicago has a culture, etc.

Is it because he sounds like a white man in interviews and blacks himself up in certain settings?

Could it be that he repped Houston harder than his own city, now everything is conveniently about toronto?

Could it be that he repped houston but didnt really working with Houston artists?

Could it be that he hops on the wave of up and comers?

I dunno, you gotta ask the guys who said it.

Dude is the definition of vulture. Even hops on the waves of unknown Toronto artists, integrates into his own sh1t, then gives them a throwaway shoutout so they dont complain:mjlol:

That's funny because Meek Mill did songs with said culture vulture and you're rooting for a guy who's guilty by association. "Bu, bu, but, he didn't know Drake had ghosts". That's what you get for not being in the studio with your collaborators, but want to cry foul after said song becomes hit.

How can you be from the hood and root for a guy who did songs with said culture vulture?

Rakim and Nas stayed in the house when they growing up. They did minor dirt, but they focused on rhymes than anything else. :manny: doing dirt and being "out there" ain't hip Hop. Chuck D explains this better in an interview he did years ago.

But Meek should have dropped this months ago. Even Nas didn't take 7 months to make Ether. From this point forward, he needs to stop making excuses and go forward against Drake.

theres a huge median being staying and the house and doing dirt. a huge gap.

i doubt the bolded.
and rakim was a stickup kid.

the general public didnt even allow meek to rap months ago. he couldve dropped some great chit and it wouldve still been the same results. there shouldnt have been a battle or "battle" anyway.

they both culture vultures...

drake from canada and acted on a nick tv show of course he need to vamp some swag from some real ones

bandos, trap houses, the triplet flow, 808 heavy production... Is that a Philly thing all of a sudden?

Anybody that is doing anything besides just following this for the music is a lame. The stans on both sides of the "beef" need to go outside and get some fresh air. The money has been flowing good for everybody involved neither one is trying to "end" anybody. If anything they trying to keep it going. Wouldn't be surprised to see a Drake vs Meek tour.

Yeah, Meek hopping on 808s and hi hat beats is :patrice: because that is a southern thing and calling him a trap artist while being in the same damn city as Cassidy and Beans is :bryan:

But in this globalized rap game, everyone biting everyone for a buzz.

If Meek dropped this back in July or August, people would give him more respect because they have actual QUOTES AND BARS against Drake. That's all that the "haters" of Meek wanted: bars.

I ain't a Drake fan by the slightest.

i doubt it.

social media & corporate america took control of this battle ERRLY.

and if people had their heads str8, they wouldnt have even accepted a battle after drake got exposed. but of course, hip-hop been dead.
