Its a shame that people think losing weight is reduction of certain foods/drinks, but its actually elimination. If you don't permanently eliminate certain foods one or two things will happen. Your weight will fluctuate (which is unhealthy) or you will never lose weight

nikkas stay trying to be better in some way than another nikka. Who cares?

no point in drinking soda with all these sparkling water brands

they got this lemon lime joint with cbd oil that fills my sprite craving

i'd smash a dr. pepper with a chicken sandiwch and some steak fries tho :ohlawd:

That's not how it works tho.... You can eat and drink whatever you want but the thing is you have to burn more calories than you take in. Why do you think athletes eat so much? They always working out. There's so many stories about athletes eating junk food and still being in shape. Lamar Odom used to eat nothing but honey buns and candy. He didn't gain weight until he stopped playing

ok but this chick is not a professional athlete burning 5000+ cals a day. Most of aren’t and never will be.

Your weight is a balancing act, and calories are part of that equation. Weight loss comes down to burning more calories than you take in. You can do that by reducing extra calories from food and beverages, and increasing calories burned through physical activity.

Genetics play a part but burning more calories than you take in will make anyone lose weight. The difference is that genetics play a major factor in how fast you lose the weight and how much maintenance is needed to keep it off

People still failing for the "Calories in, Calories out" lie :russ:

A Snickers bar has less Calories than a plate of Baked Salmon and Brown Rice. So we should be eating Snickers instead to lose weight?

Don't matter. She can eat what she normally eats but it has to be less. That's why people count calories.

If she wants to take in 1500 calories per day she can eat a burger but it's probably gonna be small and might be the only thing she gets to eat that day. Normal people cut that type of food out bc they can eat more lower calorie foods in a day. Plus it restricts all the additives in junk food

Depends on your daily caloric intake. That might be the only thing you eat all day but it's possible

I used athletes as an example bc that shows that you can eat Snickers all day but you have to burn that off plus extra to lose weight.
