That's not how it works tho.... You can eat and drink whatever you want but the thing is you have to burn more calories than you take in. Why do you think athletes eat so much? They always working out. There's so many stories about athletes eating junk food and still being in shape. Lamar Odom used to eat nothing but honey buns and candy. He didn't gain weight until he stopped playingIts a shame that people think losing weight is reduction of certain foods/drinks, but its actually elimination. If you don't permanently eliminate certain foods one or two things will happen. Your weight will fluctuate (which is unhealthy) or you will never lose weight
