White people control everything in the USA and that gives them the power to pick winners and losers. A lot of anti-African American immigrants refuse to believe this because it destroys the "we just work harder than the negroes" narrative. The actual fact is that they are BEING ALLOWED to prosper in American society and that the privileges they enjoy can be taken away at a moments notice. The power structure in the USA buys loyalty by giving people a hand-out of some sort and making it clear that it can be taken away at any time.

• It bought Black women's loyalty against Black men with welfare (housing/stamps/etc) "if you let that nikka move back in after he gets out of jail we'll take your housing voucher".
• When the Irish were collaborating with African-Americans, their loyalty was bought by giving the Irish the right to own property. "If you keep working with those n1ggers you'll lose that nice house your family lives in".

To sum it up, Asian Americans are not doing better than White Americans and they do not exist outside of systemic racism...they exist in the same system as Afr-Ams that is completely controlled and dominated by the Whites. Their ascendancy is by design and will be taken away from them the second that they are no longer useful to White supremacy.

Maybe you should understand what they are suing for, before you make a dumb statement. They are not suing to stop affirmative action, because Title IX is being used by White women to get into Harvard, which is affirmative action. They also are not suing to prevent legacy entrants, which is how dumb asses like George W. Bush get into those Ivy league school. So that is affirmative action too.

They are suing it to stop a specific group from getting set asides that Harvard and other Ivy league schools are using to redress issues of past segregation and exploitation that they engaged within against African Americans. Or did you not realize that Ivy league schools were built on the backs of African American slaves? Other schools are doing the same thing.

The Asian students are not suing to get rid of affirmative action, because they are not challenging title IX; which is the law that helps White women. Nor are the Asian students challenging legacy admittance, which is what benefit White men like George W. Bush. The Asian students are not even suing the school because they were admitted at lower rates than White students, even though the Asians had higher test scores. So your point about them suing about Affirmative Action is wrong, which was my point.
