Bruhman still talks like that. But seriously, although that first brother on the video almost sounded like he was African, we talked like this back in the day. Some of the accents were more heavier than others. I had two brothers who still talked like that. I guess I did too, but I don't think my accent was as heavy as my two brothers. I remember one of my brothers who had the heavy accent had called me on my cell phone while I was driving. And I had this knucklehead Ethiopian girlfriend riding with me. We hadn't been dating too long. Anyway, when I got off the phone, she asked me why was I talking like that. Then when I asked her what she meant, she started to describe how I sounded. Although she sounded nothing like what she was trying to describe, I automatically knew what she meant. Her ass was out of place. You probably see why I didn't hang on to her very long. And I was in my early 40's, having to hear that, although she was only 27. But I had no ideal I was sounding like that while I was talking with my brother. Then again, I remember when I was in the 10th grade, my sister once told me I sounded like I was singing when I talked. Going to college changed a lot of that. And studying computers later on probably had me sounding darn near like Carlton Banks. Ok, going to college didn't make me sound that different, but different enough.
