Only because the east is basura. Without Lebron though, Wade will would e forced to play more minutes as the "man" and there's no reason to think that his body would hold up to that demand. There's no accounting for what Bron means to the role players either. I'd say the Heat are around .500 without Bron.

No way Wade would play every night. Which means the Heat would have to count on Bosh being a number one option and the offense going through him. People who don't watch games and only see Sportscenter highlights wouldn't know that the offense is run through Bron and the only reason those shooters are even open and effective is because of him. (outside of Ray Allen).

Wade missed 13 games last year and has already missed 8 games this year. The reason that he wanted Lebron on the Heat is because he came to the realization that his body wasn't going to hold up leading a team on a night in night out basis. He's came right out and said that. Wade can't even play every night in a sidekick role with Lebron. He won't play 70 this year with Bron, so why would think he could play 70 w/out Bron as the man? Bosh is a 3 man now, he doesn't even play in the post now. All that gets exposed during a long 82 game season. Lebron means a lot more to that team than you're giving him credit for. Obviously they make him better too, but it's obviously a lot more the other way around. I don't know what Lebron would be shooting without them but his fg% has improved every year, including those years in Cleveland.
