oh in 2001? Shaq's presence alone equal Wade/Bosh production combined. There's a reason they won 4-1. They didn't need that much bench help with his numbers.

Horrible analogy...nikkas in here really fronting like Lebron ain't leave Tony Toni Tone to join the Temptations. FOH
Horrible analogy...
List them
Or how about I do
Shaquille O'Neal.........28 ppg on 57% FG
Derek Fisher...............11 ppg on 41% FG
Rick Fox.......................9 ppg on 44% FG
Horace Grant................8 ppg on 46% FG
Isiah Rider....................7 ppg on 42% FG
Ron Harper...................6 ppg on 46% FG
Brian Shaw...................5 ppg on 39% FG
Robert Horry.................5 ppg on 38% FG
Mike Penberthy.............5 ppg on 41% FG
Slava Medvedenko.......4 ppg on 48% FG
Tyronn Lue...................3 ppg on 42% FG
Devean George............3 ppg on 30% FG
Mark Madsen................2 ppg on 48% FG
Greg Foster...................2 ppg on 42% FG
You REALLY wanna compare the 2001 Lakers team without Kobe to the 2014 Heat team without LeBron?

Shaq had a lot of helpnah manOnly if you dumb enough to think Tony Toni Tone is in the same fukking stratosphere as the Temptations. in which case I suggest you put the crack down.
There you go, going based off names instead of actual production. Let's look at last year when Bosh avg 12. in the playoffs and Wade average 15. In 2012 bosh missed half the playoffs and Wade had random good games but was never consistent. My point being, stop going off names and go off production. Both of there numbers are going down. And nowhere near as good as Shaq's were. They wouldn't have won the last two years without LeBron randomly going 2k vs Pacers/Boston in '12 and leading all around comebacks against Indiana and SA in 2013.Actually it doesn't.
Shaq was giving Kobe 28.7 ppg on 57.4 TS%, along with 12.7 rebs, 3.7 assts, 2.8 blks, and .6 stls
Wade and Bosh gives LeBron 35.9 ppg on 59.2% TS, along with 11.2 rebs, 5.9 assts, 1.7 blks, and 2.9 stls
Besides the fact that Wade is a top 5 SG and on the perimeter while Bosh is a top 5 PF who spreads the defense with his shooting ability, plus he can go inside to the paint and score down there as well makes Wade/Bosh a harder matchup than just having 1 Shaq who could ONLY score in the deep post and could not knock down FTs:
If Shaq's presence alone was all they needed, the Lakers wouldnt have gotten sent home from 97-1999 or in 2003.
Basically, you're acting as if adding 1 Superstar is better than adding 2 Top Tier All-Stars.....and that's not true. LeBron and say healthy Dwight Howard is not better than a team having Kevin Durant, Paul George, and LaMarcus Aldridge with both teams having equal role players imo
These are the types of threads you make on a Saturday night? During the Xmas holidays?

You right Shaq was so dominant and the fact that he had a good consistent sidekick meant they didn't need a bench. It's not like Kobe had knee problems that cost him to miss time or lost his ability. Or his game didn't completely change. You Heat stans be posting so much.....yall forget WHAT caused the response yall get, and then try and switch up the argument in midsentence
First you say:
I respond back with:
And then, being backed into a corner, you say:
How the hell am I going off NAMES, when those are Bosh/Wade's combined PRODUCTION. The same production that you said Shaq's presence alone equaled
I also forgot to mention that you said that Shaq meant they didnt need much a bench. NOPE
It's because of the fact that Shaq AND Kobe were so dominant that they didnt need to much production from anyone else. No way the Lakers would've won 50 games with that roster and no Kobe on that team in the West. You cannot say the same for the 2014 Miami Heat in the Eastern Conference without LeBron.
Chris Bosh and Dwyane Wade could still lead that team to the #2 seed with no LeBron and deep into the playoffs.

By the way the teams the Heat faced > Pacers/76ers/Nets in the early 000's.

You mean the Kings they got robbed in 2002?
2000-2002 Kings/Spurs/Blazers > Any team the Heat have played since The Decision![]()

I'm talking Finals wise anyway. Spurs alone better than any team they faced. Even Thunder would have given them a good series.

exactly. east been average for awhile.Everybody knows the "real" Finals was the WCFs from 1999-2003![]()
