How come so many black ppl moving to Houston?

There's a Huntsville, Texas about an hour and a half north of Houston. There's a prison there as well as Sam Houston State University.

I came to Houston a long time ago, they're late...it's already gotten more expensive.
Great city though, there are very few places in USA I'd live over here.
