It’s similar to the south and now some southern dudes you would think were born and raised up North. My homie who is born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina sounds like he was raised in Harlem.
But idk some people have it some don’t

I was going to write that Philly sounds more close to Baltimore but I deleted it. But it looks like I’m not the only one.
My cousin also born in Brooklyn lived in Philly most of his life and he sounds different now too.
