I am going to say this and I know people are going to hate on this.

Meek Mills Intro I don't think there has been a hip-hop record in the last 10 years that gets the kind of response that song gets when it drops. The crowd response to that shyt is amazing, the DJ could turn that shyt off and everyone would keep rapping to that shyt .

Have you been on Instagram? Twitter? WSHH? We've got bloods and crips twitter beefing, GDs tryna extort nikkas through YouTube videos and on. Have you seen anyone release a physical mixtape lately or do you have to go to the STREET RAPPERS twitter? Or normally datpiff or something like that.

And Meek has two of the most downloaded tapes on datpiff, a million followers on twitter before the first album, his videos have millions of views etc.. I don't know what the fukk cats are taking about. Or if you fools think the streets are some super slow Neanderthals.

The coli is one thing but the internets fukks with Meek, his street presence is well reflected on various sites. Perhaps not forums but blogs, datpiff, Instagram, twitter, YouTube, wshh which generally reflect the so called internets.

The last cat I knew who had low internet presence and high street presence is Jeezy, dude sold more copies than he had followers on twitter, probably the only rapper who came close to doing that. But that was 3 years ago.

im privy to instagram, twitter, etc but most people dont rock with that stuff like that homie.

just because you see some dikkheads twitter beefing or doing some stupid ass wshh videos, it dont mean chit. lol. thats not representative of anything. sure theres street dudes that use the internet. darn near everybody does at this point. but theres no correalation on the level that youre trying to claim. especially when talking about music, which you didnt even refer to in any of your examples.

and yes, i see new physical mixtapes on the regular. most of that chit will never make waves on the net unless said rapper gets a record deal or has some real money/connections behind them. and yes, of course theres physical copies on big-name artists. theres stuff that gets stickied on here for downloads, that i done already heard physical copies of beforehand.

meek has millions of views because meek is a television star. but he was big in the streets long before that. where were those millions of views then?

Damn, dude sounds the same now like he did back then

These are newer. They all dropped when he was "signed" to TI, and 3 was with Ross. His older mixtapes were The Real Me, The Real Me Too
