How come women do everything possible to look better except losing weight?

thing is you don't have to do cardio to lose weight its all Calories in VS Calories out.

But you have nimrods who more so want to lose weight for an event than to make an overall lifestyle change.

I can be a testimony to this. Last year in October I weighed 185, but after changing my eating habits, I'm now 155. And all I did was cut out the sugar, fatty foods, and take in more veggies

I've heard this from female co-workers and friends so many times when I mention that I go to the gym. They either complain that they need to lose weight or simply don't care enough to do anything about it. Once you hit that fitness lifestyle and see results, there is no turning back.

That's true. I love the feeling I get after I work out. I've had slumps every now and then but there's no better feeling than going to gym and giving your all and reaching a fitness you never though you could get to.

Those results are definitely how I stay motivated.

Most definitely. When you do your workout and can actually see that you are progressing, feeling healthier, along with visual results (body, clothes size change), that right there is worth it alone.

There are so many overweight girls with sexy faces hidden in there. If they lost weight they would be bad. "You can't just say if you lose 30 pounds I'll date you" though, even though it might give her the motivation.:mindblown:

But, to answer your question, I think that maybe they get discouraged because they're not seeing results as quickly as they would like to whereas makeup/doing your hair, nails, etc. is pretty instantaneous.
Dats actually a good answer...I was gonna say that myself...

i have no sympathy for you fat chicks claiming its too hard to stick to a diet. the fact is you are satisfied being fat.

my best friend used to be fat as hell and decided to do something to about it. started lifting, took up boxing, and went on a low carb diet. if he can lose it anyone can. smh if you cant stop eating disgusting fast food. there are plenty foods that are good for you and still taste good.

I do plenty of cardio and activities during the week (mountain biking, gym 4 days a week, rollerskating) along with eating right, definitely not hard to do, just have to be committed. Nothing sexier than a fit female on some rollerskates dancing to some hip-hop or r&b :whew:.

I mean, women will meticulously apply their makeup every morning, do their nails and eyebrows, change their hairstyle every two weeks or so, and do all types of other shyt that takes a huge amount of time and discipline. So what exactly is so hard about applying that same mentality to quitting eating sugar and getting on a treadmill and actually running instead of walking and texting for 30 minutes? Seriously, losing some weight when you're fat will have a much greater positive effect on your looks than doing all of that faux-beauty shyt, and it takes a lot less time and dedication. Ladies, please explain.

Fam... I always say there is nothing more of a turn off then a woman who doesn't keep her shape together. It's really not that difficult. Women will waste hundreds on top of hundreds of dollars on shyt like Avon when they could just do some cardio & then wonder why all the little petite ass chicks are getting all the men. Cardio & Strength Training does wonders for the body & confidence I don't know why this is such a hard concept to grasp.

I have a membership at 24 Hour Fitness & hoop in 2 Rec Leagues so physically I stay active approaching 30 next year & its crazy because all of my friends a couple years older then me & even my age all look like uncles because they're flabby & sick :flabbynsick: meanwhile they get jealous because I stay in shape & get all the looks when I'm around them because staying in shape has kept me looking very young while they look older...

And for real for real, you can still eat the shyt you like to eat. shyt I do it all the damn time. all you gotta do is just eat in moderation and work the shyt out. thats all it boils down to man, work. at the end of the day it just boils down to overall laziness.

them shyts do not work. stop wasting ya damn money on them shyts and put the work in. its actually pretty easy man, and am mad as shyt I didnt start doing this in high school. gonna be one of my bigger regrets in life.

You're right, anytime I'm sweating sack and there's some heavy sausage sandwich having heffer next to me walking for an hour on the treadmill while scanning Us Weekly without breaking a sweat, makes me think, "damn I should slow up so I can get those results" .

I think its a cultural thing, we praise unhealthy lifestyles. ITs not even a fat or skinny thing because being skinny is just as unhealthy as fat. If you look at non Americans they are typically very active because many did agricultural work growing up, so you`ll see many foreigners going on daily walks and such, avg american won't even get a 10 dollar gym member ship and just do the treadmill for 20 min a day, and lets not even talk about the American diet.

Don't do em like that breh
