thing is you don't have to do cardio to lose weight its all Calories in VS Calories out.
But you have nimrods who more so want to lose weight for an event than to make an overall lifestyle change.
I can be a testimony to this. Last year in October I weighed 185, but after changing my eating habits, I'm now 155. And all I did was cut out the sugar, fatty foods, and take in more veggies

meanwhile they get jealous because I stay in shape & get all the looks when I'm around them because staying in shape has kept me looking very young while they look older...
