SOME women do everything possible to look better except losing weight because one provides instant gratification and the other takes true diligence and patience.

I mean, making a simple change to one's diet (not drinking soda, for instance) could have you losing 15 pounds that first month - easy.

Breh it's because hair, makeup, weaves, jewelry, clothes, etc., are things you put ON TOP of :flabbynsick: while hitting the gym/running comes from the inside and the inside of your brain. You gotta want it. These bytches are inherently lazy so they will take the easy way out and thing that sitting in a chair for 5 hours to get a weave is like the equivalent of a weeks worth of being in the gym

Fam there are bytches I know who haven't run one fukking mile in the years I've known them but meanwhile, I've run a marathon and trained for it. You just gotta be about that life.

I'm not an idiot. Of course, in the long run; running will better develop your cardiovascular health and running 5 miles a day is great. But, walking 5 miles ain't a "cop-out/easy way out."

It's funny; everyone's in lie to laugh and say "wrong," but; :upsetfavre:no one's there to offer, "Well, that's not correct, because..."

Her weight loss isn't amazing. She's been going to the gym and following Weight Watchers.

That and she prolly has a team working with her. Too many bad influences, on regular woman, though.

But, to answer your question, I think that maybe they get discouraged because they're not seeing results as quickly as they would like to whereas makeup/doing your hair, nails, etc. is pretty instantaneous.
It takes less than a week to drop 5 lbs.

Let's keep it 100.

Of course if these hoes is super huge they gota walk more but running is greater then walking.
