Actually it does take dedication to start AND continue to lose weight. You have to get your mind right because eating better is the bigger step for people, when all they know and love is fatty sugary foods. I guess it's just easier to "cover" everything up.

I think he means water weight - which still makes a difference in how you look when you're fat. I remember in high school the heavyweights would be dropping like 12 pounds after wrestling practice while the smaller guys would be struggling to drop two.
I'm not an idiot. Of course, in the long run; running will better develop your cardiovascular health and running 5 miles a day is great. But, walking 5 miles ain't a "cop-out/easy way out."
It's funny; everyone's in lie to laugh and say "wrong," but;no one's there to offer, "Well, that's not correct, because..."
That's my web forum....

Ask yourself how a boxer can come in 5lbs less but weight 5 - 10 lbs more the following week during fight time
I didn't say anything about cutting weight - that's a whole 'nother story. Sweating is sweating, though. Fat people lose more water weight than smaller people - it's no secret. So we comparing wrestlers cutting weight to the average woman now?

That's cutting weight. No, I mentioned that they would lose more weight during a practice - it didn't mean that they were purposely trying to cut weight. Besides, the HW limit in High School is 255 - there aren't a lot of kids that needed to cut anything to get there. You were the one mentioning heavyweight wrestlers losing water weight brehThat's cutting weight.
