Here is the problem with your "fat people lose weight slower" theory. In order to keep a 200 pound body weighing 200 pounds one needs to take in a lot more calories than say - someone who weighs 130. What does that mean? Well, that means that fat people can eat a lot more than skinny people and still maintain their weight. And what does that mean? Well, there is no other way to put it - fat people actually have higher metabolisms than skinny people. :ohhh: So what's the excuse now?
I didn't say fat people lose weight slower. Reread please.

I just had a class with a girl who was model size. Does not work out at all. She used to be in the navy and she told me. She could barely get through basic because she couldn't do push ups and sit ups.

How frequently do your ride your bike and how fast do you go? How high does your heart rate get?

My point by using that example is that the girl I knew was slim and she didn't work out at all. Her body type looked like she did but she says she doesn't. Now here I am bigger then her and I work out. So my point is you shouldn't assume based off of someone's size what they do or don't do.

A lot of women go for the short term fix, like cutting their calories to ridiculously low levels for a month, or doing 15 day cleanses, basically dumb shyt that doesn't get to the root of the problem. They'll lose weight and then gain it right back then say that dieting doesn't work not realizing you need to make a lifestyle change.

Most Americans are overweight or obese, it takes hard work to get in shape and most people ain't bout that life.
