:birdman: i swear you gotta be double jointed to do this sh1t. When i get to the top i can't go back any further. I had a shoulder dislocation in my left shoulder but i doubt that is what is limiting my movement. I can't even hold it behind me the way she is doing it.

it's like the lady says. if it's hard, try it with a wider grip and work your way to a narrower grip.

This is very underrated. You need flexible shoulders to hold a tight narrow grip on the bar and keep your chest up when squatting, which in turn is needed to keep lower back in neutral alignment.

Try bending your lower back while pulling shoulder blades together and holding your chest up. You can't.

I do this in my warm up routine before squatting...
