Yeah, I know cults were wylding out in the 90's. I'm in Florida, and we had a ton of cults down here in the 80's, but I don't think it every reached the level fukkery of the 60's and 70's.

That wasn't mass suicide, that was murder. If you notice...a lot of people wanted to leave and he made it impossible for them to leave. Then when it was time for the kool-aid ther were people who did not want to drink it.

They snatched babies from their mothers and they also had a bunch of shooters surrounding the compound aiming at them so they HAD to drink or get shot.
