As you can see now Asians and Indians are now beating the white man at their game. But the issue with Asian and Indian racism is that they will not be accountable for it like whites are so if you are black you should be panicking at this.

If whites were “accountable” at all for racism they would have already given us reparations. They aren’t accountable for anything. They have no desire to share their resources. Look at how Korea's popularity and social footprint has exploded in the last decade. Kpop stars selling out US arena's, Korean TV shows being watched in the states, a general export of their own brand of cool

Seems trivial on the surface but this shyt matters and fleshes out my overall point. A group must take their image, perception, and soft power attributes into their own hands or be at the mercy of the hands they sit in

I feel this is the key, and I don't think we've done enough to create this. However. I feel it's harder for black Americans to do this due to not having any control of the media and the entertainment industry. I feel it's very hard to get the green light to create content to change the perception of black people because people who run these industries don't want that and they prefer showing the ignorant stuff.

I fully agree about Korea using entertainment to create a soft power and seems to be following Japan's blueprint. However, Korea was able to make its content move from nice to relevant to the west. However, I think the major issue Korea is going to face is they are open about their ignorance and racism. I think that is going to get in their way because there's always some type of controversy in all forms of entertainment with Koreans. I think lately they've exposed themselves as being ignorant and the way they view women and non-Koreans have scared away some from their entertainment. I think they're in a weird place where they're finally getting recognition, but will get in their own way by scaring away consumers when issues like this and others continue to happen. I don't think Koreans are smart enough to hide their views to make their entertainment sustainable like Japan has done since the 90s

Outside of the Indian wars, and the right after Pearl Harbor and 9/11 we have always been the most hated ethnic group in America.

The rest of the world doesn’t hate us, but they do think we’re either criminals or entertainment because of the US media.

However, I also think there is a understanding of “black exceptionalism” the rest of the world appreciates that America actively tries to suppress and ignore.
