How Did Bron End Up In The Class Of 03?

Already told y’all nikkas Bron wasn’t going to school like that when he was in 4th, 5th grade he was probably held back.

Nah the age lines up perfectly. December is after the cutoff, putting him in the class of 03. My older brother (Feb 85) is 2 months younger and graduated the same year. Bonny, who also has a late birthday and started school in Ohio, was delayed a year too. That's how it is in Ohio and other Midwest and southern states.

Though my older brother is also a year younger than Melo but was in his same class at Head Start Academy in Brooklyn even though Melo went on to graduate in the class of 02 like anybody born in the first half of 84

at ya’ll debating this. But yea you’re precisely right. My birthday is in December and it was May when I graduated out of high school. So when I started College the September I was still 17. And I obviously didn’t have my 18th Birthday until December.

Where I’m from we don’t do that cutoff thing tho..my older sis is also a December baby and went through the same process…

It’s different for every state. I graduated at 17 then turned 18 3 months later. I’m glad they didn’t have the September 1st cutoff when I was in school, would’ve graduated a year later

Why are you getting so sensitive My very first post in this thread I pointed out how I've gone to school in a state with the cutoff and a state without it

Started pre-school in Connecticut at 3 years old and turn 4 in November that year.

Moved to NY at 6-going-on-7, where the system was the same.

Moved to Georgia, where there's a September 1st cutoff and had people more than a year older than me in my grade.

Graduated and started college at 17

You’re doing the exact same thing by assuming every school district had your set up…it’s the premise of this thread. Going to college or just meeting people thru life you’d see that age during start/finish of high school varies. Most adults know of varying age cutoffs for school enrollment despite what was done in their district
