I hear their stuff through iheartradio. Idk if what's syndicated is the music they play or not.

They just playing the top 40 and some throwbacks. I don't like when they play the same song multiple times in an hour.

I like Glorilla but they'd play Yea Glo at least 4 times an hour. What makes it worst is that TGIF was already a single for a couple months and they'd barely play it. Just recently they started giving TGIF the same treatment.

Damn, you took it back. Yeah Hot 97 was more on that dance/freestyle/pop R&B vibe before it went full Hip Hop in mid 1993 but every now and then they did play a the hottest cross over Hip Hop songs too. Wild Thing by Tone Loc, Push It by Salt N Pepa, Nightmare On My Street by Fresh Prince....They ran U Cant Touch This by MC Hammer into the ground.

They might still be the #1 radio show in radio ratings but that's like asking which series sells the most box set dvd's?

Not really but it's basically just for people in transport industries

Something tells me it will come back because streaming is unsustainable.
How so when labels are reporting record earnings :patrice:

They are getting paid for old records now too, they could basically not release a single record for a whole year and still make billions
