You likely couldn't. Some Jews have the stereotypical look, but reformed Jews often don't carry the physical traits sometimes associated with Jews.

Jews were not heavily involved in the transatlantic slave trade, with the brief exception of a couple of Carribean islands and Brazil . . . and even then, only while Britain banned its colonists from trading with Spanish colonists.

Once that ban was lifted, Jews were not major players in the slave trade.
