What kind of normal mother watches a much bigger man whoop her only son’s ass and then takes the side of the boyfriend?

I mean, Jody was a loser and a man hoe, but he probably got it from his momma. You can only imagine all the bad men she brought around through the years.

Bets believe, Melvin licking his head was not the first time he had been touched by another man all because “momma need to have fun too”.

That’s why he was so hostile to Melvin in the first place.

Yep. The movie was about Jody's childishness but it was about how those around him and close to him added to it as well. It's a deep movie on many many levels.

His mom allowed what? She told him he should be staying with Yvette. That wasn’t just his BM that was his girl. nikka had his own family. At that point it’s time to man up and be the man of the house you created

:mjlol: I’ve been drinking so I’m overstating the point little bit for comedic effect. I grew up in a very stable and traditional two parent home.

All I’m saying is Jody was made out to be the bad guy when dysfunction was all around him.
