Nah you buggin, you should have at least listened to dudes song. Ain't nothing wrong with a dj breaking a new song from a new artist if it fits the mood of the event

if fool was really serious about breaking himself as an artist instead of CHASING an hype he wouldn't approach me during the MOST HYPED period of the night. He would have approached me initially when i walked in when i was chilling. when i was setting up ... hit me before on twitter ... anytime before that point. dude was chilling in the venue until the crowd started going wild then thought i should just switch up what the fukk im doing to appease him ..
you dudes dont dj so $300 sounds like the world to u ... i can easily make that at another event. no dude gonna just bytch me out on the set and tell me what to play when. Let me do me. appreciate my craft if you want me to appreciate you .. im already getting paid for the event. had it not be for the event i wouldn't meet this fukkboi anyway. why fukk up everyones vibe tryna play this idiots song.
Nyggas is chasing hypes not tryna establish themselves. Dude just wanted a 'new drake song' type reaction from the crowd and thats it. and he was willing to pay for that reaction. Wasn't interested in getting his song played at any other point during the night or at any other event that i did.
Dont chase the hype. believe me. feels good in the moment .. not long lasting though.

You've seen the light.
