it depends and really anyone who isn’t black or light enough and has “white features” can be seen as white. theres a lot of factors but whiteness is a social construct created by white supremacists so they control the narrative of who is and isn’t white when they see fit. it has changed through out history and people who once weren’t seen as white assimilated themselves into “whiteness” and now benefit off of white privileged and supremacy.
