how do i fix a green screen?

whenever i watch videos, i can hear the audio but the picture is green. what's up with that?

ok so I thought I fixed it but it looks like I didn't. whenever I try to watch videos on youtube for example, i can hear the audio but the screen is green

can someone walk me though fixin' this please?
