Sounds like you need to focus on shoulders and back. If you're focusing on back, you're working a lot of biceps and getting that v shape bytches love. Wide shoulders also trick the eye in making your waist look smaller.

That doesnt work for me..atleast not the excersizes i do.

My shoulders are huge for my weight and height but i cam mever get that cut look in that particular area. Heres a picture of me at 168

I workout my shoulders...chest...back..and arms faithfully and i still cant get that look. Maybe its body fat? My body fat is pretty low though...dont want to get it dangerously low.

if thats your pic, its all bodyfat, you already got well developed arms/shoulders

you lose 1% and youll see your cuts

There's the long head and short head of the bicep. You want to develop the long head. When you do curls, barbell/dumbbell/underhand pull-ups/cable curls/preacher curls/etc, whatever you choose to do, you need to fully extend your arms straight at the bottom of the repetition in order to work the long head. You also need to focus on form and not swing it up from the bottom, so you'll have to drop the amount of weight you are curling. Cheating it up doesn't help the long head. It does help but only for short head bicep growth.

When you want the peak of the bicep higher when your arm is curled, that's the short head of the bicep that you want to work.

I havnt checked the thread.in a day or so and people saying they don't think its me? I've posted numerous pics of myself in the ladies room..that's definately me and I DO know about body fat...I've been lifting for over 10 years! I will post a pic with a note next to it later...god some of you guys kill me with the duck tales ish lol.
