Buy quality ground beef.
Roll into patties about a half-inch thick.
Make sure the grill is hot.
Cook about 4 minutes each side.
Let sit for a few minutes.
Add salt/pepper/condiments.

Pretty basic.
They say adding salt/seasonings before cooking breaks down the meat. :yeshrug:

Having a quality bun makes a big difference.
I'm partial to sesame seed potato bread.

Cmon, breh. This is easy.
Rule #1: Medium Well (:salute:@HalfwayHandsome )
Rule #2: Don't be ghetto and try to make mondo burgers

2-3 thinner patties are FAR better than one chronically obese patty. They cook faster and you can balance the seasoning load better

Rule #3: If on the grill, get that propane for superior flavor. In the house on the skillet? Medium heat to start, and flip the bytch as soon as the bottom becomes solid.
You want to cook the outsides to 160 (or you can eyeball and get a feel for what is right) and get both outer parts cooked. People fukk the game up by overcooking them shyts,
when if you hit the correct temp outside, taking the burger off the pan/grill doesn't stop the cooking. That bad boy still hitting temp for a minute.

Rule #4: Don't use allspice or seasoning salt, lest you expose your inner fukkboi. Legit salt and pepper balance is better, and if you a REAL guru, diced onions, diced sun dried peppers,
etc can do MORE than enough to flavor your burger so you can enhance the meat rather than overload it with stupid salt and MSG.

Hit that out the park, breh. Everything else is personal preference.

Protip:fukked up and didnt get enough ground beef? Oatmeal makes the best filler.
