You're fooling yourself some kind of serious if you truly believe you can continue living the life you live and produce a successful child without lots of outside support and a miracle.
No hate. Just being honest. How can you love and nourish a child when you CLEARLY don't love and nourish yourself?
I mean you're still talking about continuing the prostitution thing(as the head of agency, but still). Negative and evil energy like that spreads to those around you. Your son will pick up on your habits, views on life, and values. If those 3 aren't on point, there's a limited chance for success.
I hope you get your stuff together. You don't seem like an unintelligent person in the least. I see the potential for you and your son to be fine, but you've gotta remove yourself from the type of situation you're in. Take a long look in the mirror and re-evaluate things. If not for you, at least for your son.

By interacting with psychics and tarot readers you are inviting even more negative and demonic energy into not only your life, but the life of the seed inside you.
