
Food Addiction + not being active.It's called food addictions. People who don't have weight issues can't understand. Just like it can be hard to understand why people overdose multiple times then end up dying from one of the overdoses.

At the end of the day weight gain is calories in vs calories out. With our culture shifting from manual labor to office space, your avg american sits on their behind 8 hrs a day at work, comes home and sits on the couch for another 5-6 hours then goes to sleep, during this time they probably eat anywhere from 5-10+ times. In many nations people are far more active and only eat 1-2 meals per day.

After losing weight myself, and then becoming more and more "concious" as I get older, on top of reading the teachings of The Hon Elijah Muhammad, I`m disgusted by fat people. Being a tad over weight due to lack of being physically active is one thing, but obesity is pathetic and sick. We live in a society where we arent even hungry but some one will say "a they got donuts in the breakroom" and we will go stuff our face. I fast during the day (typically have my first meal around 1-2pm which is a shake and almonds post workout) and people will look at you crazy when they offer you food and you politely decline because you're not hungry. Heck you can be at someones place for dinner and have eaten a plate and they offer you 2nds or desert and if you kindly decline because youre actually full they give you the side eye. Funnily Elijah Muhammad compared White Americans to Pigs in the literal sense that both eat and eat even when they arent hungry, simply because you place food in front of them, and ironically obese people in America literally resemble the build of a pig. Everyone doesnt have to be Shredded, but you gotta eat to live and not live to eat. We are in a culture that is not ours and literally the number one thing killing blacks is High Blood Pressure, Diabetes, and Cancers that tend to be linked with diet.You think crack and heroine is addictive? Try sugar. It's in damn near everything you pick up off the shelf. Unhealthy amounts of it.
Sometimes I detest fat people, but sometimes I understand what it's like that have your enemy all around you, constantly thrown in your face everywhere you look. The majority of fat people lack the sheer will power it takes to resist eating horribly.
I think it has something to do with eating and being lazy.No regular person should be eating or lifting like a NFL lineman.
300 pounds is no where near practical and would do nothing but hurt your life all over.

I'm 6'2 213 and I been on a football diet and workout routine since 8th grade.
I don't care what kinda condition you have, even Isaiah Austin can get his bad heart self on a treadmill or elliptical and watch his diet to make sure he don't get too fat.
If your job isn't to block for a QB or try to tackle a QB the hell you doing at 300-400 pounds?




I honestly think if instead of calories they put how much effort it would take to burn something off on the back of shyt it'd be a lot less fat people.

Not that easy, Diff Body Fat to Muscle Mass ratios can vary how many calories someone burns. Two people can be 5'5 150, but the person with more muscle will burn more calories doing the same things as someone else. Black FOlks need their own schools to teach their kids Dietary facts/law at an early age. I`m not letting my kids eat Big Chain Fast Food, things like MEllow Mushroom, Yeah Burger, etc are fine because they use real ingredients, but we got to teach our kids early to stay away from junk. Honestly if you are under 50 and can walk you have no excuse being Obese.
