How do regular human beings even reach 300-400 pounds?

Not that easy, Diff Body Fat to Muscle Mass ratios can vary how many calories someone burns. Two people can be 5'5 150, but the person with more muscle will burn more calories doing the same things as someone else. Black FOlks need their own schools to teach their kids Dietary facts/law at an early age. I`m not letting my kids eat Big Chain Fast Food, things like MEllow Mushroom, Yeah Burger, etc are fine because they use real ingredients, but we got to teach our kids early to stay away from junk. Honestly if you are under 50 and can walk you have no excuse being Obese.
That last sentence is some real shyt.
I also need to realize that..I'm not paralyzed so why am I not exercising every day?

I swear 2014 I changed my life as far as job and money and I got a nice apartment.

2015 is savings, killing debt and weight loss and being healthy.

I will be 27. I can really be the weight I always wanted to by 30

I wouldn't even buy new clothes, wouldn't care how I ate, I was fat, lonely, broke, living alone and all that shyt.

I think anyone that no longer cares about their health, nor their physical appearance must be depressed.

The funny thing is I didn't lose weight because of health lol I lost weight because I was like "I can't get fresh wearing 2xl shirts and as 44--46 pants" but as I've grown older health is def important, I'm telling you bruh when you get your health in order you feel God like especially in the US where everyone is fat and sloppy, you feel and standout as being a God amongst Men. Obesity is literal slow suicide.

Because at some point those people just stopped giving a fukk.

Their lives must be utter hell and yet they dont care and continue to eat themselves to death.

I feel sorry for the morbidly obese people that finally get that wake up call and decide to change. Have you ever seen the bodies of people who weighed over 300+ pounds after they lost 100 pounds or more? Their bodies are covered in excess loose skin. They cant exercise it away either. Only solution other than learning to live with it, is to have it surgically removed.

If any of you are getting anywhere near that really morbidly obese status just google image search "loose excess skin after losing weight" and see what will await you once you decide to eat healthy.

No regular person should be eating or lifting like a NFL lineman.
300 pounds is no where near practical and would do nothing but hurt your life all over.

I'm 6'2 213 and I been on a football diet and workout routine since 8th grade.
I don't care what kinda condition you have, even Isaiah Austin can get his bad heart self on a treadmill or elliptical and watch his diet to make sure he don't get too fat.

If your job isn't to block for a QB or try to tackle a QB the hell you doing at 300-400 pounds?
I worked with a morbidly obese woman once. She had to be well over 300 lbs. and she was shorter than 5' 4". When we went to a company lunch, she needed a ride and no one volunteered so I gave her a ride. I had a BMW 3'er. When she sat down in the front passenger seat, the passenger struts compressed.... a lot. :dahell:
The walk with a slight uphill to the restaurant was maybe 40 feet from where I parked to the restaurant door. She had to take a break on the way up.
That's like me carrying a barbell with four plates and walking up the hill. I'm in shape. So the fact she did half of that probably means she had huge quads and hams under all the flab.

Look at my post earlier in the thread related to portion control.

The other day I was at the gym and had a short convo with this girl that wanted to know what my diet was...anyway she starts mentioning how she's eating cashews as a snack which is good until she mentioned that she eats 2 bags a day. A bag has like 4 servings..each serving is about 160cals....portion control is a bytch when it comes to dieting.

Depends on the person I guess. I have zero problems losing weight personally and it really is as simple as cutting back on how much I normally eat. Once you get used to eyeballing calories it ain't nothing cuh. I think it's important to indulge in moderation, especially on a cut and keeping your mind busy.

I'd be lying to you if I told you I enjoyed cutting more than bulking tho :manny:. Only marginally.

Yeah, its just that some people aren't really aware of how many calories they're putting into their bodies, a common and unfortunate misconception. Cutting is never fun...when I get up at night to piss I get those hunger pangs and just gulp down some more water before I think about it too much. You're right, some cuts can get me down to where I want to be fast, but I can't maintain them, moderation is best.

Well I'm short (5'6) so my example may not be a good one.

But after my junior season for football, I suffered a seizure and thus I had to not do any kind of workout for 2 years. Basically before that I was 190 and then when I graduated I was 240. And man being 240 was the most miserable time of my life. I was never in any type of mood to talk to anybody. I was eating the worst stuff you can eat daily. I had to take multiple naps a day. Pretty depressing for me.

But once I was told I had to lose weight or face the potential risk of death I started working out and never looked back. Right now I'm done to 166 and I feel the best that I ever have.

I think ultimately those people feel that Srsly working out won't be worth it since they think they won't get results. I think it also has to do with the fact these people aren't disciplined at all. Also these people tend to use food for comfort.

Fat people are lazy. Sometimes you actually got to work to achieve shyt. There is really no excuse for being fat. Its like almost anything in life. If you work hard enough you can achieve almost anything. Stop being fat. You want to know why fat people are always sick or have medical problems that a doctor fixes with those poisonous pills. Its because your fat. Lots of medical problems can be cured with good diet and exercise. Stop being fat.

Normally, obese people have been fat since childhood cause they're parents fed them crap. Rarely does a person become obese as an adult. So blame the parent, cause 9 times outta 10 if you see a fat mother/father, that child gon be fat too. Notice you hardly see fat kids with skinny parents.

Pregnancy and yo-yo dieting has a lot to do with it in the female demographic I think too, that shyt can make things get out of hand real quick.

Nah man. Im saying these people need to get in shape before they get into that morbidly obese phase so that they dont run into the excess skin problems.
