I wasn't talking about health eating, I was moreso on the quality of eating. Dollar menu eating stopped a long time ago for me. As far as chipotles, I doubt how I like mines is healthy. I asked for dbl steak, both rice, onions and green peppers, mild and spicy, mucho cheese, corn, and lettuce. Black beans sometimes but I also do no beans a lot. No sour cream.
Not to mention the guys that only give effort on one side of the court.You're not burning that much. Think about how much time you're spending standing waiting for calls, free throws etc. Some guys run more than others, but you're only burning 3-600 calories depending on how many minutes you play. See some of those dudes probably thought like you did and ate a lot more thinking "oh I'll burn it off" and they gain weight.

The really fat dudes like Stanley Roberts Oliver Miller types don't really exist anymore...The last player close to that level of sloppyness I saw was Boris Diaw in Phoenix...
But the answer is they have to eat an obscene amount of calories and carbs probably late at night right before they go to sleep...Like whole cheesecakes at the Ritz Carlton after road games...

David Robinson is an unfair comparison. Dude was chizzled without even trying. His body type is the type that doesnt hold weight easilyIf you ride the bench like Diaw, you're not burning those kind of calories.
If you're in your 20s, and out of shape, there aint no excuse for that in the league. But you see a 100X, when players get old, and just let themselves go after their metabolism slows down. If you have good genes, like David Robinson did all the way until retirement, they still look like body buildrs in their late 30s.
