I keep my iphone screen down to save battery life (Tip if you are running low on battery life, you will still get notifications)

Every time the screen lights up, the battery is being used.

Also to give the person I am talking to my full attention.

shyt between ESPN +, sonic app, Wendy's app, Amazon and eBay my shyt would be beeping and booping all damn day. I finally deleted, sonic, Wendy's, and ESPN +,

I had to delete call of duty and Mario Kart too a couple times a day they are popping up asking me to play, telling me about events and shyt.

Damn eBay and Amazon popping up with sales and 25% off this every 3 hours. shyt is mad annoying.

Just turn off those notifications for them or make them silent

It worked for like 2 weeks then the apps would update and all the notifications would pop up. Much easier to delete the app and not worry about it. They got their download so they're happy. It's not that I didn't want to hear them I didn't want them at all. They were just promotions. "Hey come in and get a free..." "today only 25% of Dyson products with prime" "play today for.... "
