How do we feel about having a "work gf/bf"?

Where I work, the industry is pretty much 70-75% female. My last job, I had three broads on my team claim me as their "work hubby". Nothing serious ever came out of it, cause I never pursued anything. One would tag along to the gym with me at times for lunch. One of them brought her husband to happy hour, and even introduced me to him as "my work hubby"...I was like but dude was cool with it and even bought me a drink. Of course, they were white. It's not something I would look to pursue and if I saw one was taking it a lil too seriously (closest I came was one trying to low key come at a n1gga sideways cause I didn't say "good morning" to her... and a n1gga had to set her straight) I would have to let her know what was really good.

Yeah if you from BK they operate totally differently down there in the NC.

Here usually a head nod or "I'll holla @ u later" suffices but down there you gotta have a full blown out conversation for at least a minute every morning.

Something that would take some adapting to. I'm used to the quick pace hustle.

The work wife/gf is cool, keeps things interesting throughout the day. That being said, I would trade the work wife for the work mother/ grandmother any day of the week. I done literally ate so good off of ours when it comes to holidays and birthdays.

The cobblers. The banana split pies . The homemade spicy sausage and cheese balls.

Probably lol she spent the whole time back from our meeting in New Orleans with me, both legs of our flight. She was nervous about flying and would get all up under a n1gga during takeoff. My ex and I met and dated from working together, it can be good and bad if feelings aren't kept in check, once I quit the job things were easier.

I've seen it go bad, had a female friend that started dating a co-worker, he got tired of her started ignoring her, started messing other females at the same job, she got pissed and they eventually broke up, she had to deal with all that drama (closure, co-workers) at work after that.
