This is more of a problem down south where there's the most "she got a fat ass!" nikkas and they fukk fat hoes cause they got ass...in northern and western states these bytches gotta stay on they shyt too much competition...put this way a dime in North Carolina is a 6-7 in Cali
I don't know how the West is, but I can speak for the north and south that there's a bunch of fat chicks out here

Blacks as a whole (not just women) need to be more concerned about achieving and maintaining a healthy body weight. The processed food we eat along with certain foods with lots of fat, calories, and sodium is detrimental to our health. Shyt like ramen noodles, processed foods and soul food aren't the best thing to eat and should be eaten sparingly. Then we need more physical activity and to do it 3-4 times a week at least.

As far as black women, the obesity is somewhat higher among them and Hispanic women versus cac women. Some of it is due to poverty and low income, and some maybe due to lack of concern for healthy eating and exercise because black men are known to like thick women. Some mistake thick with obese and morbidly obese. Cac men (well some not all) will leave or cheat on their women if they gain weight. Some cac men like those slim bodies, flatter more narrow azzes, and no cellulite. I do see some young black women who are built like they had 3+ kids and they don't have any. But I see this with women of all races.

Some women also think weight lifting will make them bulky and manly looking...which it wont if they lift small weights. It helps for them to tone up. But women need to do cardio because some women...depending on her natural built...can easily gain weight around the thighs and hips and they should get on the treadmill and elliptical and stair master to work and tone that booty. Us fellas need cardio too because :flabbynsick: can and will hit us very easily as we age.
If some women think lifting weights will make them bulky they're stupid point blank. If that was the case every dude lifting would be cock diesel and mon on avg lift way heavy than the avg girl and most aren't looking like the Hulk. Some just look for excuses to be lazy. Even if they lift heavy unless they on the roids they aren't going to get swole.

Right. You can have heart disease, a stroke and diabetes and not be obese. But I guarantee you won't develop any of those things without stress. Obesity adds to stress in that an obese body is generally out of shape/ gets very little physical activity/ has a heart rate over 80 bpm ie the body has to work harder to maintain itself.

....if you live in a majority black city the only(or mostly) women you see in the gym are black. COULD be location...but OP you have a point but there are other variables involved.

Black culture the WORLD over promotes eating and looking 'healthy'(close to fat), but this came from the old days when everyone was naturally in shape and toned because the food was 'healthy' by default and the lifestyle was also active, but the food alone had people looking in shape.

They eat anything and drink a beer every other day or every weekend and think that because they lift weights they are in shape. Can't run 1/4 a mile or climb a flight of stairs but have semi toned arms and boast about 'bigness'

Other countries drink wine(which is healthy in moderation)
