How do we know we're not living in a simulation?

Because you are not...1st this isn't even a scientific question...

But let's think about it...

The amount of computer processing power to run a simulation of this magnitude is near infinite

Basically would need a super computer that is beyond human conception...

And then if you can be self aware and question if you are in a simulation...then you aren't in a simulation...

Actually everything in science says we live in a simulation.

The double-slit experiment, "spooky" action at a distance, wave/particle duality, the measurement problem, the delayed choice quantum eraser experiment, etc.

All those experiments and concepts in quantum mechanics make zero sense in an objective reality. However, in a simulation they make perfect sense.

One moment you are denouncing so called cac science and the next minute you are quoting cac science...

And second those experiments are about the how the act of observing can influence outcome and the nature of quantum mechanics

Reality isn't supremely bjective because it is filtered through consciousness...

There is subjectivity

Why not? Why couldn't we become self aware and question out existence also. whose to say what the species or being that created this simulation.doesnt have limitless power to keep it running?

It makes it irrelevant to call something a simulation, if we can not distinguish it from real life.

I know computer games are simulation because I can compare it to something that's not simulated. At some point, if, you can't tell the difference between the two, then is there really a difference at all?
