I do differently moving forward. The regret eats at you only if you don’t learn the lesson. allow time to heal the wound. I also remind myself that everything happens the way it’s supposed to. So whatever you lost you weren’t supposed to have I. The first place. Lastly, if it’s something small like you embarrassed yourself, let that shyt go. No one cares in the long run.
