They're Latin

I've worked with Mexicans before, and some of them were cool, and some were just pendejos. I suspect it was because I was black that some of them didn't like me. After all, this is a Mexican stamp, and hes also a comic book character

I read a Source article about Noreaga years ago where he talked about his first time being in prison, a Borica called his name out, which was Victor Santiago. Noreaga answered, and the Borica didn't believe he was Latin, due to him being dark skin. I read another Source article years ago about PR Rock, hes the light skin dude wearing the PR flag bandana around his head in the video below near the end and throughout,
but he said he used to listen to rap when he was younger, and his older brother said why you listening to that monkey music
