floss picks. i remember watching the dental hygienist use it on me so quickly and effectively as a kid that its been my go to since.

i also use vinegar.

Don’t use floss picks unless you’re out and about. All you’re doing is re-depositing plaque onto the next tooth. You need clean floss to remove plaque properly. Use Glide or a spongey type floss daily. Hug the floss against the tooth making the letter “C”, bring it all the way down to the bottom of the gum pocket, then bring it back up.
