Cut out sugar and fast food and processed food (shyt that's comes out of a box)

Eats fruits and vegetables daily

Eat low fat diary and good meats

Treat yourself one night a week

Have a drink or two if u like

Avoid weed

Exercise three times a week

Go for lots of walks

It's simple like 2 + 2.

Do as follows:

a) Gather sunlight into your body via sun exposure (for whites, 20-25 minutes a day, for brown skinned people 1-1.5 hours a day, for blacks 2-3 hours a day; if you do not get enough sun exposure you will have a off balance chemically in your body which will ruin your overall mood/health etc.).
b) Eat a proper diet, this depends on where your genetic lineage is most relevant, but there's a blueprint that anyone can follow. For example, 4-6 fruits/vegetables a day. 2.5-3.0 oz. of meat 3/7 days of the week), cashews/seeds/peanuts/walnuts/almonds etc.
c) Avoid liquor
d) Avoid smoking
e) Raise your PH level
f) Raw honey + Oatmeal, the GOAT combo
g) Sleep (6-9 hours a day)
h) Exercise
i) Bust only 6-8 nuts a month.
